NEIL EICHNER, CEO / Creative Director
Neil began his career working for world renowned
advertising agencies, Lois Pitts Gershon, BBDO, Y&R and
O&M. Neil worked on a diverse range of accounts that
included CBC News, Dreyfus, Dupont and American
Express. In 1986 Neil opened his own agency attracting
names such as Suntori International, McGraw Hill,
Jacob Javits Convention Center (which the agency
launched that year) Inc Magazine, Hearst Publishing,
The Democratic National Convention and the State of
New York to name a few. Neil was later honoured by the
Governor’s and Mayor’s offices for his work on the
Javits Center and the Democratic Convention and was
given an audience with Governor Cuomo and Mayor Koch
for his outstanding services to the city of New York.
As his agency grew in reputation Neil added new
accounts such as Polygram Records, HBO, Gramercy
Pictures, Mercury Records and the United Nations
Environmental Agency. More recently Neil’s client
associations include retail giants Wal∗Mart,K–Mart and
Target and hotel chains such as Hilton and Millennium.
Over the years Neil and his team have brought brands
to market such as Sasson Clothing, Fiji Water, Scunci
Hair Products, Bonjour Jeans and MTV Networks.
KELLY LEE, VP of Operations / Creative Services
Kelly worked for such prestigious creative firms as
Pushpin Studio under Milton Glaser, Grey Advertising, Ogilvy & Mather,
Saatchi & Saatchi before becoming an Art Director at
Orbit 360, Inc. She has created award winning
campaign, corporate images, brand packaging, web
design for Hilton Hotels, Country of Cyprus, Advanstar
Communications, Nine West, Clinique, Seventeen
Magazine, Anne Frank Museum, Elizabeth Arden and Estee
Lauder. As a Creative Director at Orbit360, she has
become a valuable link between creative and design.
STEPHEN CODRON, Advisor
Stephen moved to Hong Kong in 1978 and co–founded the world’s largest bicycle manufacturer (global
sales reaching $1 billion and listed in 1992), spending 16 years as the group’s Executive
Vice-President, member of the board of directors, and CEO of the group’s international divisions. In
both 1990 and 1991 the Company won China’s top joint-venture company award. In 1996 Stephen
established Millennium Management Limited in association with a publicly listed U.S. based fund
management and investment holdings company, to analyze opportunities for investment in the telecoms,
media, and Internet space; later separating from its U.S. association to focus on assisting
small/medium enterprises raise capital and in providing management and financial services. Over the
past several years Stephen has raised in excess of $100 million for several companies through many
reputable global financial institutions and venture capital funds. Stephen’s client associations
include telecoms, publishing, broadcasting, media, sports entertainment and gaming companies, plus a
number of Internet-based technology groups. Stephen has also been a regular international spokesman
lecturing at several global management and marketing seminars including an Asia Pacific Economic
Cooperation (APEC) convention in Bali, Indonesia, an Asian Development Bank (ADB) seminar in Hong
Kong and an Asia Pacific Rim Forum in Beijing, People’s Republic of China.
NEIL BROWNLEE, VP of Advertising / Senior Copy Writer
In the annals of advertising history, Neil Brownlee has made his own history more than once.
Second–to–none in creating numerous campaigns entrenched in the history of popular culture, his work
has attained iconic status. Upon joining the team, Neil immediately set to work to help build
another successful advertising and marketing firm. Neil brings to the company an impressive array of
talents an ability to approach any and every marketing situation with a curiosity that burrows to
the heart of the problem and a creativity that solves it. He has worked with companies including
ESPN, EA Sports, MTV, HBO, Business Week and Sports Illustrated.
DARICE GALL, Director of Marketing
As Director of
Marketing for Advanstar Communications, Inc., a leading worldwide media
company, Darice created exhibitor and attendee marketing materials for
the International Beauty Show, American Spa Expo, HaircolorUSA and
numerous other industry events in digital printing, electronic commerce,
new media and healthcare technologies. She was the recipient of the
Advanstar Chairman's Award in 2001 and holds a B.A. in English from
Fordham University in New York City.
JIM CROWNE, VP of Account Services
Jim began his career in Advertising by training with
the former Director of Marketing from Doyle, Dane,
Bernbach in a successful regional ad agency/The Center
for Advertising in Miami and Sarasota, Florida. Jim’s
next move was into Sales Promotion where he served as
Creative Director at Avon Products, Inc., both
domestically and internationally, and his group was
responsible for introducing hundreds of new products
to market in his 3 1/2 years there. He then founded
his own agency and television production firm
handling advertising, sales promotion, direct mail and
video for a diverse group of clients, His work has
earned 24 ADDY Awards from the American Advertising
Federation, the International Film and Television
Society’s “Best Video of the Year”, two Billboard
Magazine Awards and an American Video Award.
JOEY TAWIL, VP of Retail and Licensing
Our retail expert has been involved in Licensing since 1978. His
credits include being the First Licensee and helped build the
licensing departments of some of the biggest companies in
America starting with Jordache and Coca Cola to General Mills
where he owned the rights to all of their brands for all non
food product. Later he worked with companies like Gerber and
Carters for Kids and Laura Ashley and Benetton for adults. Fubu
in the ethnic market and finally he signed a deal with the white
House that gave him the exclusive rights to many of the
countries logos including the presidential Seal and the Army
Navy Air force and Marines. Basically he has dealt with
companies varying in size from several billion to Trillions of
dollars. There is nothing too big for him to handle. Some of the
retailers he has dealt with include wal mart. Kmart. Target.
JCPenneys Kohls federated BonTon and hundreds more.
HENERY ESHELMAN, VP of Public Relations (LA, California)
A practitioner as well as strategist, Henry positively
reinforces the concept of what it means to be a
boutique: large company experience and skills matched
with personal attention. Henry’s public relations and
marketing specialties include media properties,
consumer products, events and venues, fashion and
technology. He also has considerable event production
capabilities ranging in budgets from a few thousand to
a few hundred thousand dollars. Henry’s formerly
served as Managing Director of B|W|R Public Relations
and as Entertainment Practice Head of Ogilvy Public
Relations Worldwide where, over eighteen years, he
supervised accounts and teams in the filmed
entertainment, consumer, corporate entertainment and
technology areas. Before that he was a creative
director at large, developing branding campaigns for
films, talent and restaurants as well as for
nightclubs such as Area, Palladium and Studio 54.
Also, Henry founded and owns Eshelman Red Rose, Inc.,
d/b/a Platform Media Group (PMG).
JACK TAWIL,
More than 20 years of combined experience in the healthcare, retail and finance industries. Most recently, he was founder,
chairman and CEO of CheckUps, which pioneered Wal-Mart's convenient care program and became the largest operator
with 23 locations across multiple states. Tawil began his career in retail. He founded Swatch Express in 1990, and
subsequently created Suisse American, a multi-national corporation with offices in Zurich, London, and New York. He has
worked closely with some of the most renowned retailers in the world including Harrods‐the famous London-based
department store‐and Faconnable. Additionally, Tawil was partner in SRJ Financial Group, a New York-based brokerdealer/
investment bank.
